No, currently we are shipping in India.
We provide Standard Shipping rates for all items depending on the quantity of the order.
We at Itsmycostume(By Fairy Tales Creation) have tied with multiple top courier partners like FedEx, DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery & So on to ensure that all our orders are delivered in best condition & in timely manner. We offer COD as well as express delivery to make sure that our customers have all possible options .
In exceptional case that Pincode provided by customer is Non-servicable , we apologize that we might not be able to deliver that order.
For Sale order , it is typically delivered in 1-6 days from the order date.We also provide express delivery for 1-2 days fast delivery.
In case of Rental orders,the minimum booking date would be Current date + 3 working days(Sundays not included).Once you have booked costume,we will ensure that the fancy dress costume reaches you in time prior to the school function and the return pickup is scheduled 3 days from Delivery date.
Kindly note that we thrive on seamless on time delivery&Pick up for all our customers . If for some reason, the costume doesn’t reach you on time due to some unplanned delay at our delivery partner’s end, ItsMyCostume(By Fairy Tales Creation) will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss emerging due to non receipt of the costume by the expected delivery time.
We clearly communicate about the Pick-up date when customer places a rental order .Hence , we expect the customer to keep the fancy dress costume ready at the scheduled pickup date.In case the courier staff returns without the costume on scheduled Pick-up date , then costume will be considered unavailable for return & would be kept by user.In that case , Security deposit will not be refunded.
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.
We uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
